HOW DO i SIGN UP?
HY ou can request a site survey online. Or you
can call us at 269-350-4599. We ’ll check your
location to determine if you are a good
candidate for our service and setup a time to
install your internet connection.
WHAT DOES THE INST ALL INCLUDE AND
INVOL VE?
Our installation professionals will determine
the best location and position for your antenna
(usually on your roof). This is connected
through an exterior wall to your Aeron Wireless
supplied POE via cable. This will be done as
close to your primary computer or router as
possible and includes a run of approximately 15
feet of cable once inside.
WHAT IF I REQUIRE SPECIAL AESTHETIC
OR WIRING CONSIDERATIONS?
Everyone ’s home and install is different. We
always strive to install your equipment in the
most tidy and effective manner . Communicate
with us on your needs and we will do our best
to meet them. If you need additional work
beyond the basic install, we charge $80/hour
for wiring services.
WHAT ABOUT MY WIRELESS ROUTER?
Our installation technicians will do their best to connect your WIFI router. We will provide you with your IP, Default Gateway, and DNS addresses. Service connectivity and speeds will be tested at the POE hand-off. No additional service guarantees will be made after the POE hand-off.
